

Pricing is on a monthly per user subscription basis. If you have five or less users we will charge your credit card monthly until you ask us to stop. If you pay by invoice then at the end of your subscription period we'll invoice you again and ask you to renew, but you are not obliged to.
We charge per "Live" subscriber, that is for each subscriber that can log on to the system. You can set up as many subscribers as you like, but the limit as to how many subscribers can be "Live" at one time will be governed by your subscription. So you can set up temporary users and simply turn them off when you don't need them.
There are no upfront costs, no implementation or installation costs and you don't have to buy any other software or upgrade your hardware to use Really Simple Systems.
Telephone and email support is included in the monthly subscription, as is backing up your data, helping you set the system up and loading your initial data.
There are three modules, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service & Support. Everybody gets the Sales module. If you have 5 or more subscribers we will throw in one of the other modules (Marketing or Customer Service & Support) for free. If you have 10 or more subscribers we will throw both of them in for free. If you don't have the requisite number of subscribers you can have another module for the cost of a single user subscription. That's an single user subscription for your organisation per month, not an additional cost per subscriber.
Depending on how many subscribers you have we will invoice you for your subscription in advance. These are:

| 11 to 100 subscribers | Invoiced quarterly in advance |
| 100+ subscribers | Invoiced monthly in advance |
We hold each customer's data in a separate database. The legal ownership of the database vests in the customer. The data is held in the EC in compliance with the EC Data Directive. Customers can have a copy of their data emailed to them in Microsoft Access format at any time on request. All prices are exclusive of sales tax, if applicable. VAT will be charged to all UK organisations. Organisations based elsewhere in the European Union will not be charged VAT if they are themselves registered. VAT will not be charged to organisations based outside of the EC or in the Channel Isles.
