Sales Module (Account, Contact and Opportunity Management) Per User per Month Pricing is per named Live user Users that are not live are not chargeable	35.00
Marketing Module (Campaign Management, Personalised Emailing, Web Transactions) Free if you have 5 or more users, otherwise an additional £35 per month (per company, not per user)

Support
Full business hours email and telephone support (out of hours support by email only) Support includes help with the application, help with data loading and manipulation and integrating the system to your web site for web transactions	included in subscription
Premium Support Out of hours 24/7/365 telephone support for mission critical systems	P.O.A.

Payment Terms
1 - 5 users	One year in advance
6 - 10 users	Six Months in advance
11 - 100 Users	Quarterly in advance
100+ Users	Monthly in advance

Notice & Cancellation

Your commitment is solely for the period that you have paid for in advance. At the end of your subscription period we will contact you and ask you to renew.

We hold each customer's data in a separate database. The legal ownership of the database vests in the customer. The data is held in the EC in compliance with the EC Data Directive. For more details on data security, confidentiality and failover procedures please contact your account representative.

All prices exclusive of VAT which will be charged to organisations based in the European Union.
