We’re pleased to announce that Really Simple Systems has been shortlisted as a ECCCSA finalist, the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) 2018.
Nominated in the “Most Effective Self Service Initiative” category by Enterprise customer Creative8 Ltd, the award recognises our work in developing our in-product Help Drawers and Customer Support Hub.
European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards Finals
The European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards are the largest and longest running awards in the customer contact industry. They acknowledge the work done by organisations in valuing their people, and in continuous innovation to improve customer experience.
The winners will be announced at a prestigious awards evening in November, hosted by BBC news presenter Fiona Bruce.
The Help Drawers were introduced with the launch of our CRM Version 5, in 2017 to ensure the product was really easy to use. The “pull-out” Help Drawers are included within each page of the CRM and includes information relevant to the screen the customer is using.
Each includes tips on using the product, short “how to” videos and links to further resources in our Customer Support Hub.
We’re really pleased to be shortlisted for this award. Research has shown that increasingly individuals have become more adept with tech and prefer to learn for themselves rather than waiting for help. There’s a growing trend for self-service and it was important to us to make our support information really accessible.
