We’re Finalists in the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2018!

  • We’re pleased to announce that Really Simple Systems has been shortlisted as a ECCCSA finalist, the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) 2018.

    Nominated in the “Most Effective Self Service Initiative” category by Enterprise customer Creative8 Ltd, the award recognises our work in developing our in-product Help Drawers and Customer Support Hub.

ECCCSA Finalist 2018

The European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards are the largest and longest running awards in the customer contact industry. They acknowledge the work done by organisations in valuing their people, and in continuous innovation to improve customer experience.

The winners will be announced at a prestigious awards evening in November, hosted by BBC news presenter Fiona Bruce.

Help Drawers

  • The Help Drawers were introduced with the launch of our CRM Version 5, in 2017 to ensure the product was really easy to use. The “pull-out” Help Drawers are included within each page of the CRM and includes information relevant to the screen the customer is using.

Each includes tips on using the product, short “how to” videos and links to further resources in our Customer Support Hub.

Our Marketing Manager, Helen Armour, commented “We’re really pleased to be shortlisted for this award. Research has shown that increasingly individuals have become more adept with tech and prefer to learn for themselves rather than waiting for help. There’s a growing trend for self-service and it was important to us to make our support information really accessible.”

PC Mag Review

The Really Simple Systems Help Drawers and Customer Support Hub have also been praised in a review by PC Mag, where Barbara Krasnoff has included Really Simple Systems in an article The Best Lead Management Software of 2018 writing “That level of support jumps right out at you because it begins from the moment you start using Really Simple Systems. The software opens to a Welcome screen that lists a link to an introductory video, registration for a live webinar, and access to the Customer Support Hub. The Hub provides a wealth of how-to articles, video tutorials, and an FAQ section. There is also live chat and clicking a question mark on the right-hand side of the screen will bring a pull-out contextual Help screen that explains the current page and leads to more information, most of which we found to be pleasantly useful.”
