A GDPR Compliant CRM System

Yes, Really Simple Systems is a GDPR compliant CRM. We have issued a Statement of Compliance which details the steps we have taken to achieve this.

This means our customers’ data is held in accordance with the legislation in both our capacity of a Data Controller and as a Data Processor.

GDPR compliance and data protection are fundamental to our business. We understand that we have a high duty of care to protect our customers’ data and this is reflected in our internal policies and procedures. We have an open and honest approach to business with a high level of integrity.

As part of our commitment, we have written a series of articles that further explain GDPR and the compliance requirements. We hope these will help our customers in preparing for the change.

Product Features for GDPR Compliance

Really Simple Systems is one of the few CRM products that has built-in GDPR compliance features. Features included in our integrated Marketing module enable users to capture and store consent records in the CRM. This feature creates an auditable log of a contact’s consent to receive an organisation’s digital marketing communications. Find out more about Mailing & Consent Lists.
