We’ve just released Field Level Help, designed to get new CRM users up and running quickly.
Field Level Help is a little help icon next to fields in the CRM which will provide on-page help and the occasional link to the Help documentation, if relevant.
New Users will by default have Field Level Help turned on. You can turn Help off for any given User by unticking the Enable Field Level Help checkbox.
Existing CRM Users have Help turned off by default, but they can turn the Help on by ticking the Enable Field Level Help checkbox on their User record.
