In May 2015, Really Simple Systems ran its first annual, customer survey, aimed at collecting data on who our customer are, what they want and how we are meeting their needs. The feedback received, whilst presenting no surprises, has given us the knowledge and understanding to take some brave decisions in the company.
William Shakespeare, from Henry VI Part 2, is famously quoted for his line “Ignorance is the curse of God; knowledge is the wing wherewith we fly to heaven.” Whilst heaven might be a slight exaggeration, we are certainly flying high!
Analysis of the survey data has enabled us to better prioritise product development by understand what is important to our customers. In targeting these areas we are experiencing a new level of relationship with our customers and attracting more looking for the same support.
Many of the deliverables identified are yet to be launched to our customer base but these are now not far off. On-going engagement has opened new channels of communication with our customers and we can already feel the difference.
The 2016 Customer Survey is now underway and we would like to encourage as many customers as possible to take part. As an added incentive everyone who does takes part will be entered into a draw to win 6 bottles of our favourite Chablis – or something more suitable if Chablis is not your taste!
