Our CRM Support Desk is open during normal business hours, UK time. Outside of those hours, urgent emails, such as a problems logging into your CRM system, will be monitored. You may also find the information you need in our Customer Support Hub and Frequently Asked Questions.
The best ways to contact the CRM Support Team during business hours are:
Email our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can describe your question in detail or list a number of queries you may have.
If you need help in uploading your data you can send us your spreadsheet or CSV file as an attachment and we will upload it for you.
To have a quick conversation with our Sales Team you can use the Live Chat button at the bottom of your screen. We will be able to help with sales enquiries and general functionality of the CRM.
