About the CRM User Conference 2018
The day will include updates on the latest news and CRM developments at Really Simple Systems, plus sessions on best practice and networking opportunities. We’ve lined up a special guest speaker to talk about and answer your questions on GDPR, and there’ll be some light-hearted entertainment thrown in for good measure!
We’d also like to get you involved in some development focus groups to help us understand what you want from your CRM.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided, and attendance is free to our customers. At this stage, places are limited to a maximum of 2 per organisation.
At the end of the day we’ll have some special guests on hand to give you a tour of Hampton Court Palace.
CRM Version 5: One Year On
Last year, we launched our new CRM Version 5. We kick off the day looking at how this has evolved since then and look at the work that’s scheduled for further development.
The majority of the Really Simple Systems team will be on hand during the day giving you the chance to meet with us face to face and chat through your CRM requirements. You’ll also have plenty of time to meet with other customers, share notes and discuss best practice.
We’ve invited Kim Bradford to present the latest news on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As director at Sphere Data Protection, Kim specialises in “translating complex legislation into practical operational context for SMEs”. She’ll also be happy to take your questions.
Find out more about Kim Bradford.
Best Practice & Support
The Really Simple Systems team will be on hand for one-to-one and group sessions to make sure you’re getting the most from your CRM. Sales Manager, Lisa Kilmister, will be presenting how best to use the sales module, and Marketing Manager, Helen Armour, will show you how to run successful marketing campaigns.
You can talk to the Support Team to discuss any problems you might have, or pick the brains of the rest of the RSS team!
Development Focus Groups
Here’s an opportunity for you to earn your lunch! We’d like to speak with some of you in smaller groups to get your feedback on the developments we are currently working on. In particular the Marketing module. This is the next big development for us and we would like to get your feedback on what we are looking to do.
Ideally, you’ll be a current Marketing module user, though it would also be great to get some input from anyone using competitor systems.
Archery & Tours
After lunch we’ve set up a bit of entertainment, in keeping with the historic palace theme. In the garden area, there’s the chance to try your skill at archery! We have professional tutors on hand to instruct you in the art of this most ancient of weaponry. To make it more interesting we’ll keep a leader board and find a suitable prize for the winner.
We’ve also arranged for you to have a tour of Hampton Court Palace. Your tour guides will escort you around the palace whilst providing an entertaining account of its history.
Having registered your attendance at our CRM User Conference 2018, we’ll be in touch nearer the time with full joining instructions – probably around 2 weeks beforehand.
You’ll be pleased to learn that parking is free at the venue, though we will need you to log your car registration number on arrival. If you need accommodation in the area, the palace has provided this list of local hotels.
We hope you can join us!
