The Automated & Integrated Conference
Our CRM User Conference 2019 is set for Thursday, 6th June, and we invite all our customers to come and join us!
We’ve gained a reputation for hosting a fun day at an interesting venue, and 2019 is no different! This year we’ll be at the fantastic Bombay Sapphire Distillery, in Hampshire, UK.
Attendance is free to all our customers with lunch provided! (Limited to a maximum of two delegates per company.)Register Now
Themed around Automation & Integration, we’ll be bringing you up to date with how cloud apps can increase efficiency and productivity in your business. We’ve lined up specialist guest speakers to present and run group workshops showing you how you might benefit.
Since launching our integration with Zapier we’ve been amazed by the variety and complexity of automation that’s possible. In a few years’ time you’ll be looking back and wondering how you ever managed without it!
In addition, we’ll be updating you on our latest CRM developments, delivering sessions on best practice, providing the usual networking opportunities, one-to-one support, and some light-hearted entertainment thrown in for good measure.
Jim Simpson, CEO, Ziptech Services
Jim Simpson is the CEO of Ziptech Services and has 25 years of commercial and business experience in the IT industry gained both in the UK and overseas. Really Simple Systems Presenters
John Paterson, CEO
John Paterson started Really Simple Systems in 2006, and had already been kicking around the CRM scene for some year before that.
At this year’s conference, John will be introducing our theme of “Automation & Integration” and bringing you up to date with developments to the CRM that support the changing digital environment.
Helen Armour, Marketing Manager
It’s been some time in the development phase, but the new integrated Marketing module is nearly ready for release. Helen will be demonstrating the new product and how it differs from the current versions.
In the afternoon, Helen will be running a workshop on creating CRM Reports and using the Custom Report Widgets.
Muhammad Miah, Customer Onboarding
Muhammad (Mo) will be running an afternoon workshop on Customisation and Custom Widgets. He’ll show you how to use the numerous customisation tools within the CRM to set up your data as you want it.
He’ll also show you how to use the new Custom Widgets feature so you create a bespoke dashboard, highlighting your business KPIs so you can see at a glance how you are performing.
What’s New at Really Simple Systems
From small tweaks that improve functionality to major system updates, we’re constantly developing our CRM to support your business. The annual User Conference provides the perfect opportunity for us to demonstrate our latest releases but also to listen to your feedback.
Our CEO, John Paterson, will explain what’s new and what’s in the pipeline, including new system integrations, Web Forms, Single Sign-on, MailSync developments and the forthcoming revised Marketing module.
We’d also like to hear about your needs and how the changing business environment is impacting on your organisation.
We’re pleased to welcome Kelly Goss, founder of Solvaa, and Jim Simpson, CEO at Ziptech Services to join us. Kelly and Jim share a passion for the digital environment and how technology can be used to transform business, culture and processes.
Kelly’s first-hand experience when co-founding a veterinary clinic led her to realise the productivity struggles businesses face and how they can thrive by embracing technology. With 15 years of business process improvement experience, Kelly is now an independent consultant. She will be looking at how you can use cloud integrations to solve problems and increase efficiency. She’ll be demonstrating how to use accounting software Xero with your CRM and connecting your other apps using Zapier. Find out more about Kelly Goss and Solvaa.
With more than 25 years experience in the IT industry, Jim could say he’s seen it all. Yet maybe this is just the start! The digital transformation era is now upon us and businesses need to get on board or be left behind. Jim will explain the main areas of digital transformation for business and how to motivate, develop and deploy staff by replacing mundane jobs with technology solutions. Find out more about Jim Simpson and Ziptech Services.

About the Bombay Sapphire Distillery
The Bombay Sapphire story goes back to 1831 when the discovery of the artisanal distillation process, now known as Vapour Infusion, was used to capture the flavours of the many botanicals that create the distinct flavour of the gin.
The Bombay Sapphire Distillery is located at Laverstoke Mill, situated in rural Hampshire. It’s recorded in William the Conqueror’s Domesday Book in 1086, but only became the home of Bombay Sapphire in 2014.
As a Conservation Area with over 1,00 years of history, transforming the 300 year old paper mill took patience and dedication. The state-of-the-art sustainable distillery we see today is the result of years of sympathetic restoration that showcases the industrial heritage of the site.
The Really Simple Systems User Conference will be held in The Gallery. During the day you’ll get the chance to take a tour of the distillery, going behind the scenes to discover how Bombay Sapphire infuses ten exotic botanicals from around the world into its famous gin. You’ll be able to finish your tour with a complimentary drink in the Mill Bar!
Planning your Journey
You’ll be pleased to learn we’ll be running a complimentary shuttle bus service to the distillery, from the nearby train station at Overton, so you can leave your car at home. Overton is on the mainline railway from London/Basingstoke to Salisbury line. Should you prefer to drive, parking is free at the venue.
Shuttle Bus Departure Time
The shuttle bus will leave Overton at 09:00 am, arriving at the venue a few minutes later. Please book your place on the shuttle bus when you register for the conference.
For the return journey please see the Bombay Sapphire Shuttle Bus Timetable.Register Now
