Customer Support Manager

  • I joined RSS in 2006, where I took on the role to provide technical support for customers.

    Prior to that I ran my own company with a view to hitting the big time developing a snappy App. This included a local classified listings service, a system for advertising on private cars, and a reusable web based user interface. To supplement income, I worked in a wide variety of agency jobs, and gained a breadth of experience across all manner of organisations.

    My career took a change for the better when I was fortunate enough to get in front of Really Simple System’s CEO, John Paterson, for interview, and have not looked back since. It’s great fun to managing the Support Team, and I really enjoy providing customers with timely advice in language that sales people understand.

    In 2010, we took the decision to move the company’s support function to Budapest where I have been responsible for setting up the Support Team.

    In my free time, I enjoy travelling, playing Squash, and can often be found in the natural spring spas for which Budapest is famous.
