Customer Support Team

  • I was born and raised in Hungary and graduated from the College of Foreign Trade in Budapest. In my teens I played chess professionally and had quite a following of fans! Then in my early 20s, I had the opportunity to move to the USA, where I lived for 10 years, based mostly in New York City. I worked in a variety of jobs in the hospitality industry and travelled widely across the country. When I returned to Budapest I continued to work in hospitality and found I particularly enjoyed giving visitors tours of my home town!

    I continued to work in hospitality until a recent, chance meeting with Really Simple Systems’ support team leader, Chris. He made me realise I could couple my language skills and customer relations experience with a new career in Support Services. I started working for the company in November 2014 and since then have enjoyed the challenge and change this role has brought me. It’s a really fun place environment and I am fortunate to work with a great team of colleagues.

    Outside of work I like being outdoors. I enjoy running (sometimes accompanied by a large dog!) and cycling. I have recently taken up the game of Squash and play each week with my colleagues at Really Simple Systems.
