Sean Walsh, Marketing and Product Development Manager, Protective Industrial Polymers explains, “At our previous company we used a highly-customized, internally hosted CRM system that was very bulky and unreliable. When we started Protective Industrial Polymers, we knew that this was something we didn’t want to deal with again; we wanted a CRM system that was simple, effective and reliable. We also wanted something that was cloud-based. Our main priority was that everyone in the company could use it at any time from any location, whether they were internal, external or on the move, regardless of IT ability. We did not want to deal with remote networking, syncing of data, etc. After undertaking research and trialing a number of different systems, Really Simple Systems came out on top for us. It was a cloud based service that had all the functionality we needed.”
When revealing the main drivers for selecting Really Simple Systems over other CRM systems, Sean discussed how the customisation aspect was something that stood out above competitors. “We worked closely with the team at Really Simple Systems to create a system that was tailored to our needs. This was a huge benefit for us, and Really Simple Systems has been very reactive to our suggestions. It’s an ongoing process and we will continue to develop the system as our company expands, but so far it has been extremely successful and is a great fit.”
Joining the company a year and a half ago, Andrew Sobera, Sales and Marketing Development, Protective Industrial Polymers has been instrumental in working with Really Simple Systems.
