Reminders & Notes
The CRM Tasks feature allows you to create reminders in your customer accounts that synchronise with your calendar. You can set up tasks for yourself or assign them to one of your team, and also send an email reminder.
When a task is completed it will automatically be added to the Activities grid in your customer account. As well as tasks you can record any exchanges with your contacts and so creating a complete history of your communications. You can record details of calls, meetings, emails and any other interactions.
Our Two-way MailSync means you can automatically capture all your emails to and from your customers straight into the CRM. Recorded in the Activities feature, you’ll be able to see your own interactions with the contact but also those with other members of your team. And as everything runs on the Cloud you’ll always have the latest information at your fingertips.
