OneLogin integration for increase access security

    Integration with OneLogin, the market leader in Unified Access Management, provides a Single Sign-on option for our Enterprise plan customers, helping increase data security and productivity.

Single Sign-on and Multi-Factor Authentication

The OneLogin integration lets you set up policy-based access control to your CRM system using OneLogin’s Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) features. This is a key progression for some of our larger customers, helping protect their data against unauthorised access.

OneLogin’s Single Sign-on lets your CRM users enter one set of credentials to give them access to the system, as well as other cloud-based apps. It helps increase productivity by having all your apps accessed from one page, while keeping your data secure.

  • A OneLogin account also lets you set up two-factor authentication, or Multi-Factor Authentication. This increases security by identifying the individual user as they sign in instead of relying on a password.

Policy-Based Access Control

Really Simple Systems integration with OneLogin comes at a time when data security is rarely out of the headlines. Although not specifically requiring MFA, the EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the USA’s Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), have accentuated the need for businesses to reduce the risk of data breaches. Including MFA in access control policies is an obvious first step.
