If you’re just starting up, you can use our free CRM to manage your contacts and sales, for as long as you like. Our free CRM includes 2 users, up to 100 company accounts, unlimited contacts and 100MB of document storage – 100% free. Then, as your business grows and you want to add more features and users, you can simply upgrade. All your data will automatically carried over to your new CRM pricing plan seamlessly.

Our CRM trial uses the Professional plan, so you can see how you might benefit from all the features. We’ve activated the Advanced Marketing module so you can run some trial mailings too. At the end of your trial, or sooner, you can switch to which ever plan best suits you.
Your CRM trial is set for 14 days. If you find you need longer, do get in touch with your Account Manager and they will extend the period for you.
Yes, we’d be pleased to demonstrate Really Simple Systems CRM through an online conference call at a time to suit you. We generally allow 1 hour for this and we can organise for any number of your colleagues to join in. Contact us on email@example.com. Alternatively, you may prefer to join one of our weekly live, introductory webinars.
With our CRM pricing plans you can choose to pay monthly or annually. All annual payments come with a discounted user price. Your commitment runs until the end of your paid-up subscription period. Therefore, if you cancel, after that you will no longer have access to your CRM system. See our Subscription Agreement.

Really Simple Systems guards data for thousands of customers, making sure that their data is secure, backed up and confidential. We understand that we have a high duty of care to protect customer data and our internal policies and procedure reflect this. You might find this blog useful for further reassurance.
Our CRM can be accessed through any web browser and is optimised for mobile use. However, we are currently working to develop an app. Further details will be announced in due course.
The Marketing, Advanced Marketing and Service Desk modules are are optional add-ons for your CRM. You can opt to include one or more to the Sales CRM for a monthly fee.
There is no catch with our Free CRM system – honest! With our Free CRM you get a limited version of the CRM that you can continue to use for as long as you like.
The Free CRM is limited to two users, 100 company records and 100MB document storage. This makes it a great entry point for start-ups and small businesses. Whilst you don’t get all the advanced features available in our CRM pricing plans, you can upgrade at any time to add more features.
